Our automated systems have detected that the Skyetel API is currently experiencing degraded service. This may cause issues when interacting with both our API and our Web Portal. We are aware of this issue and are currently working to resolve it.

Overview

Sorry for the short notice, however the PSTN has just alerted us to a Maintenance event that will cause a delay in the delivery of inbound calls on a portion of Skyetel numbers. During this period, calls will be re-routed through different PSTN Gateways, and no disruption of service is expected; calls just may ring a bit longer than normal before you receive your initial INVITE from our routers.

While this Maintenance window is two hours, we only expect the actual disruption of service to take 15 minutes as two nodes are rebooted.

Please remember that the time indicated on this alert is in UTC; The window will begin at 12AM PST and complete at 2:00AM PST.
